Digital files: PDF documents and links to editable Canva templates. Nothing physical is shipped. You receive access immediately after payment is confirmed.
After payment you are taken to a download page carrying every file in your order plus the editable template links. Save or bookmark that page. Download links expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, go to Find your downloads, enter your PayPal order number and the email you paid with, and fresh links are issued immediately at no cost. Your Canva template links do not expire.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
If a file will not download or open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather solve it than keep money for something that did not work.
